Hermes syndicate has been created to provide a tax efficient vehicle that allows overseas investors to participate in a diversified portfolio of London real estate investments. It will invest in core plus retail and restaurant properties which generate income and capital appreciation and are located in strong Central London trading positions. It aims to create a net, leveraged internal rate of return (“IRR”) of 8 – 12% on its aggregate portfolio and will pay a quarterly distribution to investors.
Our first investment fund Hermes is now fully invested, and owns 9 commercial properties in the very center of London, Soho. The fair value of the properties since their purchase has increased by 19%.
